Please double check the SmartPoint code on your website. Ensure, that you have copied the whole SmartPoint code to your e-shop and that it starts with <!-- and ends with →.

If the code is properly working, open your website’s source code and ensure that, in the header, you see a following line: <Content-Type: application/xml>. If you see anything else (e.g. text/html instead of application/xml), please change it accordingly.
